Grow your technical skills in a supportive environment that values precision, safety, and professional development.Responsibilities:- Perform depot-level repairs, modifications, and refurbishments of sophisticated electro-mechanical systems and subsystems.- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical malfunctions swiftly to maximize system uptime.- Operate automated and general-purpose test equipment, including oscilloscopes, multi-meters, network analyzers, and waveform generators.- Set up and operate machinery (milling machines, drill presses) for mechanical component repairs.- Use precision measurement tools to ensure strict adherence to engineering specifications and tolerances.- Complete all work according to engineering drawings, schematics, and established procedures.- Document all maintenance activities within automated data collection systems.- Provide technical feedback for continual product reliability improvements.- Train customer support personnel onsite as needed.- Safely handle hazardous materials and chemicals using appropriate PPE.- Perform limited supply duties, including loading/unloading trucks and operating overhead hoists.Required Skills and Experience:- Associate degree in a technical discipline or 5-8 years of directly related experience.- At least 1 year of Solder certification (J-STD-001) for cable and harness repairs.- Minimum 1 year of hands-on troubleshooting and fault isolation with test equipment.- Familiarity with industrial standards, military specifications, and industry processes.- Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications.- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.- Capable of lifting up to 35 pounds and working safely with hazardous materials.- Ability to mix and weigh chemicals and properly safety wire assemblies and connectors.Preferred Skills:- Solder certification to J-STD-001, IPC-7711, or IPC-7721 with over 1 year of experience.Benefits:- Opportunity to work with state-of-the-art defense technology and equipment.- Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package.- Professional growth through ongoing training and mentorship.- Supportive and safety-focused team environment.- Direct impact on mission-critical military systems.How to Apply:
