Position Title: (SLP) Speech Language PathologistLocation: Warsaw, MOCompany: Aspire Senior Living WarsawShifts Type: Full-Time Days & PRN/Per Diem available!Aspire Senior Living Warsaw is seeking a compassionate and experienced (SLP) Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team! As a key member of our rehabilitation team, (SLP) Speech Language Pathologist will have the opportunity to work with our skilled nursing team to provide high-quality patient care to our residents.Responsibilities: Assess referred patients that require rehabilitation services Provide direct patient care to assess their medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and restrictions and potential for rehabilitation Establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals determined according to the patient's capacity and tolerance under the direction of the Physician Set realistic and achievable goals for patients Document and record patients' conditions Educate patients and families in an appropriate therapy method Evaluate, write weekly progress notes, recertification, and discharge documentation Collaborate with all disciplines to provide best patient-centered treatment and care Perform all other duties assigned by Director of Rehabilitation Maintain confidentiality, HIPAA, and Federal Residents' RightsQualifications/Requirements: Must have graduated from an accredited Speech Therapist college or university Must have a valid professional license and registration as a (SLP) Speech Language Pathologist in Missouri Experience with long-term care and/or geriatric care is preferredIf you are a motivated and caring Speech Language Pathologist looking for a new opportunity, we encourage you to apply for this exciting role at Aspire Senior Living Warsaw!
