Headboard Upholsterer

Furniture Upholstery SpecialistDepartment: Upholstery FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Hourly Pay Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 10-hour days (overtime may be required) Overview of Responsibilities: Upholster high-end household furniture, including headboards, rails, and footboards. Apply leather or fabric to furniture frames using hand and powered tools. Fit, install, and secure material on wooden frames, ensuring proper alignment. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of upholstery experience. High school diploma or GED preferred. Basic computer skills; Lean Manufacturing experience is a plus. Ability to work full-time, with flexibility for overtime. Must be able to stand for 10 hours and use tools consistently.
