Daily Census: 120Ratios: Days 1:20; Nights 1:40; Weekends 1:20Float Required: Will float between all 3 units of the buildingWeekend Coverage: EOW, 8 week contract will be a total of 8 weekend shifts at every other weekendPatient Diagnoses: Mix of Long Term Care and Rehab PatientsCertifications: BLSSkills: Skilled Nursing Facility/ Nursing Home, Blood Glucose Monitoring/TestingUnit Accepts 1st time Traveler: YesYears of Experience Required: 1 year - At least 1 year of LPN experience in LTC settingLocals Accepted - N must be > 75 milesEpic Required
