As Product Marketing Strategist you will be responsible for the functions outlined below.
Essential Functions
Responsible for demonstrating commitment to and leadership of environmental health and safety principles, policies and procedures.
Act as project manager and co-creative lead to manage the ideation, development, production, and Go-To-Market Strategy for limited edition products and packages including special make ups, bundles, Limited Series and Signature Series.
Develop and manage cross-functional relationships and collaborations with endemic brands, influencers, and non-endemic partners.
Play a leading role in the development and execution of the company's new product roadmap.
As an active participant of the New Product Development Team, the Product Marketing Strategist will represent the "voice of the customer" by identifying and defining customer requirements for new products.
Conduct customer research to identify customer pain points and problems
Monitor market dynamics to identify trending products and brands
This position will work very closely with Engineering leadership, Product Development Design Managers, and key Operations, Sales & Marketing personnel.
Communicate the value of new products and services to the organization
Help train Sales and Marketing on communicating value proposition/positioning of new products
Speak and present both internally and externally to promote the story of our products
Assist in the development of product messaging that differentiates new products and services from others in the market
Assist in the development and implementation of new product launches
Assist in the creation of product content such as case studies, videos, website copy and blog posts
Assist in the development of FAB (Feature-Advantage-Benefit) matrices for new products
Gain insight into customer use of current products, untapped opportunities and buyer personas
Continues learning through conferences and summits
Participates in the company's efforts to continuously improve in Safety, 6S, Quality, Delivery and Productivity.
Expected to be a contributor to the company standards on high integrity, safety, fair and equitable treatment and a positive work environment
Other responsibilities as deemed appropriate or necessary by management.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Degree in Marketing with 4-7 years of experience in marketing, product development, and new product research or a combination of related experience, education and/or training to sufficiently and successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
Successful track record of launching new products & services within the firearms industry is preferred
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Strong independent decision-making, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills
Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills

Attention to details
Demonstrated ability to recognize and work in accordance with our Permission to Play Values.
Travel requirements: 15 to 25% of the year.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting and bending throughout the normal work day - extensively at trade shows, meetings, etc.
Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment, to include working in and around machinery, exposure to noise and chemicals, lights/lasers, etc.
Must be able to wear appropriate Personal Protection Equipment as required by your position and/or Company policy.
