Our expertise spans multiple channels, including website, mobile, social, email, online ad units, AR, VR, AI, and other emerging technologies. This internship is designed to give you real experience in a professional agency environment.What You'll Be DoingWork alongside our development team on real client and internal projects, contributing code that goes into productionBuild and maintain websites using platforms like WordPress, Webflow, and custom front-end solutions (React, HTML/CSS/JS)Use AI coding tools as part of your daily development workflowWrite documentation for your work, including READMEs and Wiki entriesParticipate in code reviews, team standups, and knowledge-sharing sessionsLearn agency workflows including project management tools, version control, and client communication practicesWhat You're Good AtA foundation in web development fundamentals: HTML, CSS, JavaScriptExposure to at least one modern framework or CMS (React, Vue, WordPress, Webflow, Drupal, or similar)Curiosity about AI and a willingness to use AI tools in your development processThe ability to take direction well, ask questions when you are stuck, and follow through on tasksClear communication in writing and conversationSelf-motivation and time management across multiple tasksAttention to detail and care for the quality of your workWhat You Have In Your BackgroundCurrently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent self-taught/bootcamp experience)A portfolio, personal projects, or GitHub profile that demonstrates your development skillsFamiliarity with Git and version control basicsBonus: Any experience with MCPs or AI-assisted development
