Registered Respiratory Therapist Location: Glendive, MT Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,020 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 8 Weeks Start Date: 4/6/2026 About the Position Job Title: Respiratory Therapist Profession: Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics Specialty: RRT Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year in critical care, emergency department, and pediatrics preferred. License: State License required. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP required. Must-Have: Pediatric critical care, pulmonary function test lab, and rehab experience preferred. Description: ADULT CRITICAL CARE, ED, and PEDIATRICS experience required. First-timers are accepted. Weekend coverage is required every other week. On-call may be required; inquire during the interview. US Registered Respiratory Therapists will potentially float within scope to meet facility needs. Block schedule accommodations are not available. Certified therapists are needed to provide respiratory care to patients across ages, including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. The facility is an acute care hospital with an attached skilled extended care facility. It provides full medical and surgical services along with 24-hour emergency care. Pediatric critical care experience, pulmonary rehabilitation skills, direct intubation, and knowledge of cystic fibrosis are advantageous. Experience with various respiratory treatments and procedures is essential. The role involves administration of treatments, troubleshooting alarms, and assisting in high-risk deliveries. Technical skills involving BiPAP, CPAP, mechanical ventilation, and interpretation of arterial blood gases are necessary. Successful candidates will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary support teams, including physical therapy, pharmacy, and social services.
