Weekly Work Schedule: Days of the week: Saturday - Wednesday Start and End Time: 3:00pm - 11:00pm Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, vendors, and visitors Manage access control, including issuing and terminating access badges Provide parking validations and monitor visitor check-in/out procedures Assist the property access during special events and deliveries Maintain and organize front desk supplies and documentation Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries professionally Monitor security systems including cameras, alarms, and specialized software Observe and report incidents accurately and promptly Facilitate emergency notifications and response procedures Maintain detailed logs and reports using digital tools Perform additional property-specific duties as assigned Ideal Candidate Profile: 21+ years of age High school diploma or GED Current St. Louis Security License (or ability to obtain one) 1+ year of security experience (preferred) Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting software Experience with security monitoring systems (preferred) Positive, team-oriented attitude Availability for weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts (preferred) Why Join Us?
