The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks and ensuring the quality and reliability of software applications.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain automated test scripts using PythonDesign and implement test automation frameworks for web, API, and backend applicationsExecute functional, regression, integration, and performance testingCollaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to identify test requirementsAnalyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and report defectsIntegrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelinesImprove test coverage and reduce manual testing effortsParticipate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and QA planning activitiesMaintain test documentation and reportsRequired SkillsStrong experience in Python programmingHands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, PyTest, Robot Framework, or PlaywrightExperience in API testing using Postman or REST AssuredKnowledge of SQL and database testingFamiliarity with Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or other CI/CD toolsUnderstanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologiesStrong debugging and analytical skills
