Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile processes and ensure the successful delivery of projects. The Scrum Master will work closely with development teams and stakeholders to promote Agile best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Remove impediments and support team productivity
- Ensure adherence to Agile principles
- Track progress and report metrics
- Coach teams on Agile methodologies
- Collaborate with product owners
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field 5+ years of experience in Agile environments
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks
- Experience with tools like JIRAPreferred Qualifications
- Experience with scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe)
- Background in software development
