Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile processes and ensure the successful delivery of projects. The Scrum Master will work closely with development teams and stakeholders to promote Agile best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectivesRemove impediments and support team productivityEnsure adherence to Agile principlesTrack progress and report metricsCoach teams on Agile methodologiesCollaborate with product ownersRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in relevant field5+ years of experience in Agile environmentsCertified Scrum Master (CSM) preferredStrong understanding of Agile frameworksExperience with tools like JIRAPreferred QualificationsExperience with scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe)Background in software development
