You will lead a skilled team, implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs, and drive operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Oversee maintenance and repair operations across all production areas.Implement and maintain preventative and predictive maintenance programs.Utilize CMMS systems and troubleshoot automation equipment, including PLCs.Lead, mentor, and motivate a maintenance team to achieve operational efficiency while maintaining quality and safety standards.Drive change management initiatives, ensuring policies and programs are effectively implemented.Qualifications:5+ years of leadership experience in electrical, mechanical, or industrial maintenance within manufacturing.Hands-on experience with CMMS systems, automation, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and sensors.Proven ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and implement operational improvements.Strong problem-solving and communication skills to collaborate across departments.How to Apply:If you are ready to take the next step in your career and lead a high-performing maintenance team, apply to the posting and/or reach out to Jamie Pierson at jpierson@dizariosearch.com.
