Regional Operations Manager
We’re looking for a high-energy, organized, and solutions-driven Operations Manager to support our growing hospitalist group across North Central Florida. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, can juggle multiple priorities with ease, and takes ownership of keeping operations running smoothly.As an Operations Manager, you’ll play a critical role in driving efficiency, supporting providers, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations across multiple hospital sites. You’ll partner closely with clinical and hospital leadership to identify opportunities for improvement, strengthen communication, and enhance overall performance.This position reports to the COO of Acute Services, with a dotted line to onsite physician leadership.This is a hybrid role, with some local travel required including visiting our UF Leesburg, UF The Villages, Encompass Health, Sumter facilities.
