The ideal candidate will be skilled and experienced in hospitality and security standards.Duties and Responsibilities:Candidate must maintain a strong professional presence and be well-spoken and articulate in their interactions with residents and their guestsPrimary responsibility for maintaining proper access and security of the building for residents, employees, and guests including monitoring of security camera feeds and in-person entranceways into the premisesStrong observational and diagnostic skills to proactively recognize and escalate possible security or other building issues in a timely manner to the resident managerProperly screen all visitors to the buildingQualifications for the position:Prior experience as a concierge in residential buildings preferredExcellent customer service skillsPrior direct experience and proven track record in a similar role preferredTeam player able to work well with othersExcellent oral and written communication skillsExemplary work ethic and attention to detailEqual Opportunity Employer #INDSE
