What You'll Be Doing: * Operating a variety of Heavy Equipment including Skid Steers, Dozers, Front End Loaders, Excavators, Backhoes, and more. * Fine Grading using GPS Trimble and/or manual methods for precision grading. * Reading blueprints to ensure accurate layout and implementation of plans. * Moving materials to designated areas around the site efficiently and safely. * Digging trenches and laying underground pipe . * Handling other construction duties as needed to ensure project success. Minimum Requirements: * 1+ years of experience as a manual or GPS Fine Grade Operator * GPS programming (BONUS) * Valid Driver's License or reliable transportation to and from the job site. * A positive attitude, punctuality, and strong work ethic. * Safety-conscious with an ability to work in all outdoor environments. * Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and work in physically demanding conditions. * Steel-toe boots, hard hat, high-visibility vest, gloves, and safety glasses are required. * (Preferred) OSHA 10 Certification . * (Preferred) Experience with storm drain installation and reading blueprints . Physical Requirements: * Ability to hear and communicate clearly in a construction environment. * Must be able to stand, sit, stoop, kneel, climb , and perform other physical tasks throughout the day. * Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
