We are seeking a performance-focused Creators & Affiliates Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate understands how to identify, vet, brief, and manage creators and affiliates across paid social, performance marketing, and conversion-driven campaigns.This role will support both Real Money Gaming and DTC clients, helping build creator and affiliate pipelines that can drive high-quality content, qualified traffic, and measurable business outcomes. We’re looking for someone who can move quickly, communicate clearly, manage relationships end-to-end, and understand what makes a creator or affiliate a strong fit for a specific brand, audience, offer, and campaign objective.NOTE: Applications that are not fully and properly filled out will not be considered.ALSO NOTE: Many applications look exactly the same because people are using AI. ResponsibilitiesIdentify, vet, and manage creators and affiliates across RMG and DTC clients, with a focus on performance-driven content, qualified traffic, and measurable campaign outcomesSource creators who can produce platform-native video content for paid social channels including Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platformsEvaluate creator and affiliate fit based on audience alignment, content quality, platform presence, category relevance, past performance, brand safety, and client objectivesDevelop clear creator briefs that communicate campaign goals, messaging, offers, content direction, compliance considerations, and deliverable requirementsManage outreach, communication, timelines, deliverables, feedback, revisions, approvals, and final asset collection across active creator and affiliate partnersMaintain organized creator and affiliate pipelines, including outreach status, rates, deliverables, performance notes, and client-specific opportunitiesTrack creator and affiliate learnings to inform future sourcing, briefing, content direction, partner selection, and campaign recommendationsSupport the development of scalable creator and affiliate programs across multiple client verticalsStay current on creator trends, affiliate opportunities, platform updates, RMG regulations, DTC category trends, and emerging performance channelsRequirements3+ years of experience in creator management, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, partnerships, performance marketing, or a related roleExperience sourcing, briefing, and managing creators for social-first video content, ideally for paid social or performance marketing campaignsExperience identifying, vetting, and managing affiliates or performance-based partners is strongly preferredStrong understanding of social platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and emerging creator channelsAbility to evaluate creators based on content quality, audience fit, brand alignment, performance potential, and campaign needsAbility to write clear, actionable creator briefs that translate strategy into content directionStrong communication skills and ability to manage outreach, feedback, timelines, deliverables, and partner relationshipsComfortable balancing multiple clients, priorities, deadlines, and active creator or affiliate conversations at onceStrong organizational skills and ability to maintain clean trackers, pipelines, and documentationInterest in performance marketing, paid social, creator-led acquisition, and affiliate-driven growthExperience with RMG, regulated categories, DTC brands, or compliance-sensitive campaigns is a plusAbility to move quickly while maintaining strong attention to detailPerksOpportunity for growth in the companyWork alongside a great slate of clients and team membersFun, creative, and collaborative company cultureHybrid & Remote work optionsCompensationCommensurate with experienceLong-term disability insuranceHealth care offering, including dental and visionUnlimited Paid Time Off
