About the RoleWe are building our US Sales team in Austin and are looking for a Managing Consultant – Sales to lead from the front.This is a player-coach role responsible for both individual sales performance and team leadership, with a strong focus on consultative, solution-based selling.The role requires a disciplined sales professional who can manage pipeline integrity, drive conversions, and coach a team of Sales Consultants while closing deals.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage a qualified sales pipelineDrive end-to-end sales cycles from discovery to closeLead and manage a team of Sales Consultants / Sales RepresentativesConduct consultative discovery and align client needs with solutionsEnforce sales process, CRM discipline, and pipeline governanceMonitor conversion rates, revenue targets, and forecasting accuracyEnsure proper handover from sales to deliveryRequirementsProven experience in B2B sales (required)Strong background in solution selling / consultative sales (services, consulting, or complex sales environments)Experience in people management / team leadershipAbility to qualify opportunities and manage structured sales processesStrong communication, commercial, and analytical skillsHealthcare industry experience is preferred but not requiredWhat We’re NOT Looking ForPure product sales backgroundsTransactional or script-based sales experienceCandidates without leadership exposureCompensation$100,000 base salary5% uncapped commissionWhy JoinOpportunity to join the founding team in AustinHigh-growth environment with strong inbound demandClear path to leadership impact and team building
