Information Security Manager

Information Security ManagerWells Fargo is seeking an Information Security Manager. This individual will be expected to achieve success by leading the team and the business to mitigate risk to Wells Fargo.Maintaining awareness of third-party oversight requirementsEnsures that third party service providers processes are executed in accordance with planned objectives and within Wells Fargo policiesEnsures third party service provider reviews as completed by risk level, which includes appropriate oversight and visibility for critical service providers.Develop reports as a means of communication with both third party service providers and technology leadership, which relays the level of performance as well as department activity.Directs remediation plans as appropriate to correct deviation from established standards and objectivesAppropriately identifying escalating and addressing issues, when necessaryBuilding strong partnership and collaborating effectively with Supply Chain Management (SCM), Third Party Program (TPP), Group Third Party Officers (GTPO), and other technology risk team members to ensure appropriate oversight and governance of third party service providers.In this role, you will:Manage and develop a team of individual contributors with low to moderate complexity and riskProvide support and drive strategic initiatives for the businessMaintain an advanced awareness of bank security policies and government regulations pertaining to information securityIdentify security risks and solutions for networks and virtual private network applications, security tools, public key infrastructures, authentication and directory services, and access management servicesAddress vulnerability detection, threat data, network intrusion, development, and implementation of vulnerability mitigation strategiesFormulate and implement information security solutions and controlsMake decisions and resolve issues regarding changes to information security policy, standards, and procedures as needed for systems, applications, and toolsRecommend compliance and risk management requirements for supported area and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiativesLead complex projects and initiatives impacting one or more business linesCollaborate and influence all levels of professionals including more experienced managersLead team to achieve objectivesManage allocation of people and financial resources for Information Security AnalysisMentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talentRequired Qualifications, US:4+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education2+ years of Leadership experienceDesired Qualifications:Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsStrong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracyAbility to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner4+ years of vendor management experienceAbility to create and improve process through strategic thinkingExperience driving and leading organizational change in a dynamic environmentVirtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environmentAbility to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goalsStrong relationship management skillsAbility to interact effectively and confidently with senior managementAdvanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skillsFamiliarity with third-party risk regulatory requirements and industry practicesStrong understanding of third party management principles and practicesManagement experience in large corporation, multi-line business organizationsExperience articulating issues, risk, and proposed solutions to various levels of staff and managementDemonstrated effective written and verbal communications skillsProblem solving abilitiesJob Expectations:Lead the team with integrity and create an environment where team members feel included, valued, and supported to do work that energizes them.Responsible for hiring talented resources, providing coaching and feedback, recognizing, and developing talent, identifying and managing risks, and overseeing the success of the team.Lead a team that interfaces with third party service providers on an ongoing basis to ensure adherence Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and contractual obligationsPay Range$138,500.00 - $287,600.00 AnnualBenefitsInformation about Wells Fargo's employee benefitsWe Value DiversityAt Wells Fargo, we believe in diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace;
