Descriptions & requirements Job Description The Maintenance Technician at Sabra will be responsible for facilitation and leadership to install, troubleshoot, maintain, and improve processing, filling and packaging equipment, to maximize production and maintain Sabra's high standards in safety and quality. Alongside our production teams, our maintenance mechanical technicians work in a team or autonomously to continuously improve our equipment reliability in a high-speed manufacturing environment. Recipe for Success Ability to express basic electronic, mechanical and hydraulic principles used in past electrician, maintenance mechanic, and maintenance technician work assignments. Experience in industrial maintenance (electrical & mechanical) and testing procedures (A/C D/C) preferred. Experience troubleshooting automated equipment, including sensors, valves, pumps, discrete I/O, PLCs, and VFDs. Experience troubleshooting and repairing 480v 3phase electrical motors and circuits. Thoroughly document maintenance activity using the maintenance database (SAP), adequately communicate maintenance issues to appropriate employees (e.g., other maintenance techs, operators, engineers, supervisors, etc.). Certification in mechanical, electrical, or multi-craft apprenticeship (Preferred). Professional insight and knowledge of the operation of our equipment will enable you to understand problems and take action to resolve issues.
