Each year you can take paid time off to support a cause close to your heart.And what will you do?SummaryCredit Representatives will be responsible for serving internal and external customers of the Credit Department and managing routine credit tasks, including applying cash receipts to customer accounts, reviewing customer applications for credit, reviewing and reconciling RMAs, and other tasks as needed. Credit representatives will demonstrate a desire to serve customers, build customer relationships, and create raving fans.Core FunctionsManages credit applications process; enters new customers and tracks for renewal.Verifies that all customer credit files are complete, accessible, and secure.Ensures customer statements are updated timely and are accurate.Responds to inquiries made to the Credit Department in a timely manner.Works and communicates with Credit Department teammates to ensure goals and KPIs are met.Partners with accounting to ensure accurate bank and ledger reconciliations are maintained.Reviews and reports on collection efforts for past due accounts and assists sales team in collection efforts.Recommends credit terms and limits based on customer profile.Works with sales and accounting teams to obtain and maintain Sales Tax Certificates.Issues, communicates, and documents credits and adjustments as needed in accordance with established processes.Processes customer payments and maintains security of customer information.Generates accurate and timely department reports as needed.Key Measures Of Success Prompt and dependableStrong organizational skillsSolid written and verbal communicationAbility to work within a teamAbility to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentAbility to handle high volume of work efficientlyCommunication skills and experience necessary to interface with all levels of management, staff, and customers in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentAbility to assume increasing responsibilities in a rapidly changing environmentUnderstands legal requirements and compliance for credit accounts and capability to manage all aspects of data, relationships, and requirements to protect and mitigate risksConsistently exhibits and displays the company’s values of “Own It.
