This role is responsible for leading end-to-end data cleanup, preparation, and conversion activities to ensure accurate and successful system deployment. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in data management, migration tools, and ERP systems, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead data cleanup and preparation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality Oversee data conversion activities, including ETL processes and mock data loads Identify and resolve data issues throughout migration and validate data readiness Collaborate with business and technical teams to define requirements and mapping rules Perform data validation and reconciliation between source and target systems Document processes and provide updates on progress, risks, and data readiness Support training and knowledge transfer on data governance and migration processesRequirements Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field Proven experience leading data conversion or migration efforts for enterprise system implementations Strong background in data analysis, validation, and reconciliation Hands-on experience with ETL processes and data migration tools Proficiency in SQL and data management concepts Experience working with ERP platforms (Oracle Cloud, SAP, or similar preferred) Knowledge of data governance, data quality frameworks, and best practices Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process improvementThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
