Sales Development Representative

Audubon is seeking a motivated and results-driven early-career professional or recent graduate to join our team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in the water filtration industry. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in sales, business development, and client relationship management.As an SDR, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, engaging prospective clients, and supporting the sales pipeline from initial outreach through proposal development. This is a high-impact position with clear opportunities for growth within the organization.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach to generate new leadsQualify inbound and outbound prospects and schedule meetings for yourself and sales team membersTrack and manage leads, pipeline activity, and sales performance using spreadsheets and CRM systemsAssist in developing professional sales presentations and customized proposals based on client needsResearch target industries, companies, and market trends to uncover new business opportunitiesMaintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely, consistent follow-up with prospectsConsistently generating qualified meetings on a weekly/monthly basisMaintaining accurate and up-to-date CRM dataDeveloping confidence and effectiveness in cold outreach within the first 60–90 daysProgressing toward closing or full-cycle sales responsibilities over timeHealth, Safety, and Environmental Responsibilities:All employees are responsible for supporting Audubon Companies’ Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
