Don't miss this direct hire opportunity in Lodi, WI.Warehouse Lead Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Load combo and bag trucksGather/stage feed for bag and combo trucksPerform housekeeping that includes all warehouse areas including outside perimeter of warehouseAssist in monitoring maintenance needs on trailers and the warehouse and communicate with warehouse managerShuttle trailers and trucks around facilityMaintain storage trailer inventory; keep open communication with Warehouse ManagerOperate a standup and sit-down forklift in a safe mannerMaintain a clean, safe warehouse area; adhere to all safety regulations and routinely report unsafe conditions or acts to Warehouse ManagerAssist in bulk loadout or production area as requiredComply with all company standard operating proceduresComply with FDA, OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulationsPerform other work-related duties as requested or requiredCoordinate and prioritize warehouse receiving and shipping activities to ensure operational efficiency and on-time deliveriesServe as a point of contact for warehouse operations during the shift, assisting team members with problem-solving and decision-makingProvide training and onboarding support for new employees, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and operational standardsMonitor workflow and identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce downtime, and increase productivityAssist leadership in communicating daily priorities, schedule changes, and operational updates to the teamAssist in all inventory counts, both period end and cycle count to maintain accurate inventory levelsSupport inventory accuracy by verifying transactions, identifying discrepancies, and escalating issues as neededReinforce safety practices and proactively address unsafe behaviors or conditions in partnership with leadershipAct as a backup to the Warehouse Manager when needed, helping to maintain continuity of operations at both the Lodi and Windsor locationsWarehouse Lead Requirements:Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in EnglishAbility to safely operate equipment, including forklifts (or willingness to become certified)Ability to lift and move materials up to 60 lbs. occasionally and maneuver pallets using a pallet jackIND035QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
