This is a high-impact, operator-facing role with an established pipeline, strong leadership support, and real growth trajectory.About the CompanyOur client is one of the fastest-growing post-acute medical groups in the country. They are embedded inside skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities — providing medical director services, attending physician coverage, and advanced practice provider support under a value-based care model. Active and growing across New England, they are expanding their BD team to accelerate market penetration across the Greater Boston corridor and broader Massachusetts market.The OpportunityThis is a pure B2B business development role. You are not pulling referrals from families or hospital discharge planners. You are building and managing operator-level partnerships with skilled nursing facility administrators, senior living operators, regional directors of operations, and corporate leadership teams.You will be supported by a seasoned SVP with deep industry experience, a clinical staffing infrastructure already in place, and a full marketing and sales support team behind you.If you have been in and around post-acute care in Massachusetts and you know who runs what — this role was built for you.What You'll Be DoingDeveloping and managing relationships with SNF administrators, senior living operators, DONs, and regional operations leaders across Greater Boston and MassachusettsDriving panel growth by securing new facility partnerships and expanding presence within existing accountsRepresenting the company's embedded medical director and attending physician model to operator audiencesManaging a target of approximately 2,000 beds per year across new and existing partnershipsUtilizing Salesforce CRM, NIC/NIGMA mapping tools, and company-provided market intelligence to drive territory strategyCollaborating with clinical leadership to align operational capacity with business development activityAttending regional industry events and conferences to build market presenceIdeal Background3+ years of B2B business development, sales, or partnership experience in post-acute care or adjacent healthcare servicesDirect experience calling on skilled nursing, assisted living, memory care, or CCRC operators at the administrator or regional levelFamiliarity with value-based care models, ISNP, ACO REACH, Medicare Advantage, or embedded medical group structures is a strong plusBackground in one or more of the following is highly relevant: LTC pharmacy, contract rehab/therapy, home health, hospice, healthcare staffing, lab/diagnostics, wound care, or health IT selling into SNF and senior livingLocally based in Greater Boston or Massachusetts — no relocation consideredProficiency with Salesforce or comparable CRMStrong existing relationships with Massachusetts post-acute operators preferredCompensationBase Salary: $95,000Performance Incentive: $22,000+Total OTE: ~$122,000Corporate card and mileage reimbursementFull benefits packageRemote / field-based with regional travelAbout Full Spectrum Search GroupFull Spectrum Search Group is a full-service healthcare recruiting firm specializing in post-acute leadership and healthcare administration.
