Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Home Health Location: Central Coast, California Schedule: Full-time positionMonday-Friday preferredFlexible 4-day work week available (32-40 hours) Patient Population: Geriatric patientsPost-stroke (CVA) patientsDysphagia and aspiration-risk patientsDementia and cognitive impairment casesHead trauma patientsOccasional hospice patients Responsibilities: Perform speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluationsDevelop and implement individualized treatment plansConduct bedside swallowing assessmentsEducate patients and caregiversMaintain accurate documentation and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team Qualifications: Master's Degree in Speech-Language PathologyActive California SLP LicenseHome Health experience preferredExperience with geriatric and neurological patients is a plusNew graduates may be considered Compensation: Competitive pay-per-visit model based on experience and qualifications.
