Product Implementation Prep & StrategyThe Product Implementation Prep & Strategy role plays a critical part in bridging dentsu. Connect product capabilities with real-world client delivery. This role is responsible for leading the upfront technical, operational, and architectural readiness required for successful onboarding, integration, and scaling of dentsu's Data & Technology solutions. Working across Product, Client Success, Practice, and Technology teams, this role ensures that onboarding frameworks, data models, and workflows are scalable, standardized, and aligned to both business outcomes and platform capabilities. As dentsu.Connect evolves toward an AI-driven, agentive operating model, this role also contributes to shaping future onboarding frameworks, defining governance guardrails, and influencing product and automation design to enable intelligent, adaptive client experiences at global scale.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end technical and operational audits of AdTech, MarTech, and workflow ecosystemsDefine implementation readiness criteria, dependencies, risks, and sequencing across global clientsDevelop and maintain standardized onboarding frameworks to support scalable deploymentSupport proof of concepts, pilots, and phased rollout strategiesMap as-is and to-be workflows across client onboarding, planning, activation, and reportingIdentify pain points, inefficiencies, and operational risks across teams and toolsTranslate findings into structured requirements and prioritized improvement areasDesign high-level target-state architectures including integrations and data ownershipAudit, document and find pain points & integration patterns across CRM, dentsu.Connect, and AdTech platformsDefine data models, collaborate through taxonomy standards, and source-of-truth alignmentEnsure data governance, integrity, and scalabilityPartner with Product, Client Success, and Automation teams to align implementation models and success plansFacilitate workshops and onboarding design sessionsDevelop documentation, playbooks, and onboarding materialsAct as a bridge between product vision and client executionContribute to the design of agent-driven onboarding frameworksDefine human vs agent decision boundariesSupport governance models including auditability and compliance controlsTranslate operational insights into product roadmap requirementsQualifications6+ years of experience in Media, AdTech, MarTech, SaaS, AI in practice, or product operations rolesExperience working across global clients and multi-market environmentsProven experience conducting technical audits and implementation scopingStrong understanding of AdTech ecosystems, Media practices, and integrationsExpertise in process mapping and solution designExperience facilitating workshops and cross-functional alignment sessionsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to translate complexity into clear, structured solutions and frameworksExperience working cross-functionally across Product, Tech, and Client-facing teamsExposure to AI, automation, or agent-assisted workflows in marketing or operationsUnderstanding of governance, human-in-the-loop systems, and AI adoption modelsInterest in shaping next-generation platform capabilities and intelligent onboarding models and working through the mysteries of the future!The annual salary range for this position is $113,000-$150,000.
