Be sure that providers are given all important information regarding the visit, take notes, document and communicate to staff. Provide assistance and advocacy for our clients living with chronic mental health disorders.Assist clients to reach their goal of independent living.Assist with meal prep, laundry, and cleaning. Transport clients to community outings and activities.
