Sales Administrator

Description The Sales Administrator is responsible for helping coordinate various aspects of new and pre-owned boat sales. They are extremely detailed and experts of brand options as well as the ordering processes. Key Tasks: Ensuring the specs ordered match invoices received and Window Stickers entered by Inventory team Assists the President with short term, long term projects as well as daily tasks Has a continuous learning mindset, develops and maintains a high level of product, market and industry knowledge. Coordinates with sales team members as well as their customers in choosing soft goods, options & previewing interior samples in person as well as thru presentations. Personalize & enhance to buying experience of the customers while choosing interiors. Assists with the information flow & requests from our sub-dealers In conjunction with Marketing Team, helps execute successful boat shows & staging of vessels on display. Key Result Areas: Orders matching specs on new boat orders. Customer satisfaction regarding the soft goods and appearance of the stock orders. All aspects of the new boats presented online matching the company expectations. Window stickers matching orders.
