We produce high-quality kitchen, bathroom, and built-in cabinetry, combining modern manufacturing capabilities with flexible custom solutions for homeowners, builders, designers, and dealers.We are growing our sales presence in the Pacific Northwest and are looking for motivated B2B Outside Sales Representatives who can help us build strong relationships with contractors, designers, remodelers, builders, kitchen dealers, and retail partners.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys face-to-face sales, understands the construction, remodeling, or interior design market, and wants to develop long-term business relationships in the cabinet industry.ResponsibilitiesDevelop new B2B accounts across Washington StateBuild relationships with contractors, builders, remodelers, interior designers, kitchen dealers, and retail partnersVisit customer locations, showrooms, offices, and job sitesPresent Hayden Island Cabinets’ product lines, samples, finishes, pricing, and company advantagesIdentify new sales opportunities and grow business with existing accountsConduct product presentations and support customers with cabinet selectionFollow up with prospects, leads, and existing customersWork closely with the internal team on quotes, orders, product questions, and customer supportMaintain organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunitiesRepresent Hayden Island Cabinets professionally in the marketQualificationsExperience in B2B sales, outside sales, building materials, remodeling, construction, interior design, or kitchen cabinets is preferredKnowledge of kitchen cabinets, remodeling, construction, or design is a strong plusStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated, organized, and goal-orientedComfortable visiting customers in person and developing new businessAbility to manage your own schedule and territoryValid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Oregon and WashingtonCompensation$50,000-$150,000+ per yearCompetitive compensation package with strong commission opportunities.
