Job Description About UsHydroforce Cleaning & Restoration is a fast-growing, family-owned company specializing in emergency water, fire, and storm damage. We handle real situations for homeowners and expect our team to operate with urgency, professionalism, and accountability.We are looking for technicians who want to earn based on performance—not just time on the clock, and who understand the demands of the restoration industry.Compensation$80,000 – $120,000+ per year potentialPerformance-based pay structure (hourly + production incentives)Quarterly performance bonusTop performers earn the equivalent of $35–$40+/hour based on production.What You'll Be Doing First on-site to emergency water/fire damage calls Perform extraction, mitigation, demolition, and cleanup Set up, monitor, and remove drying equipment Communicate with homeowners during stressful situations Lead and direct helpers/technicians on-site Document jobs (photos, moisture readings, notes) Maintain equipment and company vehicles Identify and control safety hazards What We're Looking For Reliable and accountable Strong work ethic and sense of urgency Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environmentGood communication skills Takes ownership of their jobs Understands the demands of restoration (emergency calls, schedule changes, long days when needed)Requirements Valid driver's license (no exceptions) Must be able to drive a 16 ft box truck Must live within 30 minutes of Bridgeview, IL Must be able to lift 75+ lbs Clean background (no felony convictions) Flexible schedule and willingness to work on-call, weekends, and overtime as needed Experience in mitigation, extraction, carpet cleaning, or demolition is a plus Additional PerksAssigned company vehicle Opportunity for advancement within a growing company How to ApplyEmail or text your resume (PDF format) to: joepacella@hydroforcecorp.comImportantThis is a performance-driven role.
