Key responsibilities include operational leadership and management, trade lifecycle oversight, cross-functional collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders, issue resolution and analysis, and leading strategic projects to ensure scalability and support business growth.Applicants for the Head of Operations position must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 15 years' experience in investment or fund operations, including a background in senior leadership within complex investment environments. A strong working knowledge of the trade lifecycle and operational support for a range of financial products is essential. The role requires a leader with a deep understanding of operational infrastructure, controls, reconciliations, and risk management, who has a proven track record in leading major operational initiatives.
