Their operations are guided by internationally recognized quality and environmental certifications, reflecting a strong commitment to reliability and continuous improvementJob DescriptionProvide hands-on support for customized manufacturing initiatives while coordinating closely with the team at the overseas production facility.Enhance existing quality systems to reinforce a zero-defect mindset across suppliers, internal teams, and support functions.Partner with program management, engineering, materials, sales, and purchasing teams to achieve project goals and meet operational timelines.Lead the review of PPAP documentation and ensure timely submission and approval with customers.Manage customer issue resolution, including complaint analysis, root-cause identification, and implementation of corrective actions.Participate in product audits and help maintain ongoing compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements throughout the organization.Collaborate with international cross-functional teams on product and process improvement efforts, working directly with engineering partners abroad who operate in English.AIAG Tools - APQP/PFMEA/Control Plan/PPAPMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
