Bilingual Human Resources Administrator

Job Title: Bilingual Human Resources Administrator We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive bilingual Human Resources (HR) Administrator to join our team and support our Human Resources Department. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support to HR operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of key HR processes and contributing to a positive workplace environment. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners. QUALIFICATIONS: Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, or relevant role Experience with HR software Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular) Thorough knowledge of labor laws Bachelor’s Degree in HR or relevant field preferred Bilingual in English and Spanish required SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills Demonstrates confidentiality, high integrity, and trustworthiness Demonstrates professional supervisory/leadership capabilities and able to interface in a professional manner with employees at all levels of the organization Ability to think outside the box to help solve problems RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and onboarding Update and maintain our employee database and personnel files Prepare HR documentation, like employment contracts and new hire guides Answer and/or refer employee questions about payroll, benefits, work/life, PTO, and company policies Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and requests, utilizing available documentation and information to answer questions and resolve issues Audit job descriptions, making necessary updates and creating new job descriptions as needed Providing input into continuous improvement of all HR policies and procedures ensuring that established processes are followed Liaise with external partners such as insurance companies Monthly census reporting Letter production and other administrative tasks This posting represents the general duties, responsibilities, and authorities of this job, and is not intended to be a complete list of all tasks and functions.
