Sidewalk Pressure Cleaning

Location: Palmetto, FL(Truck based at 3522 US Hwy 41 North, Palmetto, FL)Jimco Maintenance, Inc. is a leading provider of maintenance and repair services across the Southeast. We are seeking a full-time sidewalk pressure cleaning associate to service supermarket facilities at night throughout West Coastal Florida.This is a hands-on, field-based role that combines mechanical service work with responsibility for a dedicated service truck and assigned territory. The position operates as a two-person crew and requires strong mechanical aptitude, reliability, and the ability to work independently in outdoor retail environments.Watch a short video overview of this role: https://youtu.be/QVsjAIQdmUERequirementsPressure cleaning the front of buildings, including windows, pillars, doors and sidewalks at shopping center locationsAll work is done at NIGHT in the store parking lot (approximately 8:00pm - until job is completed)Able to communicate with store management and employees as well as crew membersExperience with pressure washing and using a Surface Cleaner is a plusComfortable working outdoors at night in varying weather conditions Ability to climb, stoop, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs Experience towing a trailer behind a pickup truck Strong organizational, time-management, and route-planning skills Effective communicator; able to work independently while coordinating with the corporate office Knowledge of applicable safety regulations Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (5-year MVR review) Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of operating as a two-person crew Willing and able to travel throughout West Costal FloridaMust reside within 25 miles of Largo, FL (truck parking location) Smartphone required for data and voice communication Must pass drug screening, background check, and federal Social Security verificationAccurately record all time worked, including production, vehicle maintenance, administrative tasks, and reactive work ordersBenefitsCompensation Structure Starting pay of $850 per week is based on completing scheduled service locations per week Additional pay is available for completing mandatory reactive work orders and supporting backlog catch-up Opportunities for increased earnings are tied directly to productivity, reliability, and operational needs 401(k) retirement plan with company matching Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance coverage Paid time off (PTO)
