Assembly: Assembles tubing, frames, condensers and wiring to print. Brazing: Brazes tubing as needed using acetylene torch and brazing rods. Safety First: Come to work fit and healthy, work safely, look out of the safety of others, eliminate and report hazards, use protective equipment, and report incidents immediately. Dependability: Arrive to work at the scheduled time every day and finishes scheduled shift. Quality of Work: Produce quality work the first time attending to the details. Hustle: Productive with time and works quickly with a sense of purpose. Knowledge and Skills: Know the job and has the skills needed to produce quality work quickly. Keep tools and equipment clean and in good working condition. Requirements High School Diploma or Equivalent. Training or Education in refrigeration or welding a plus. 2 + years of experience in manufacturing role. Ability to work overtime to support peaks in customer demand. Able to read and interpret mechanical drawings, job traveler and control plans. Brazing skills. Electrical knowledge.
