Here's The RoleTransmission Learning and Development is hiring its next field trainee program supervisor. This program is a cyclical 12-month immersive experience, built to develop high-potential construction and maintenance talent. As our supervisor, you will be the technical educator and mentor to six trainees, delivering classroom and hands-on training, designed to promote successful careers in the transmission industry. Direct learning and development curriculum and initiatives and select program mentors. Coordinate program communication, administration, and marketing. Uphold operational standard crucial to the program's success and trainees' safety. Ensure program goals and objectives are met and operational barriers are removed. Provide recommendations and perspective on the program strategy. How You're QualifiedNine or more years of experience in companywide and/or operational training and development programs or relevant experience, including three years of leadership responsibility. A degree(s) in education, human resource management, business administration or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience. Driver's license How You'll Stand OutComprehensive knowledge of the electric utility industry, including compliance with NERC, ERCOT, OSHA, and CDL regulations. Understanding of high-voltage systems, electrical circuit theory, and process control. Excellent verbal and written communication, including delivering presentations and instructional development.Proven skill in leadership, change management, planning, scheduling, and prioritization.
