This is a hands-on role where you’ll support the production of feta cheese, helping keep things running smoothly, safely, and efficiently from start to finish. If you like staying active, working with a team, and seeing the results of your work at the end of the day, you’ll feel right at home here.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesIn this position, you’ll play a key part in keeping production moving and quality standards high.Perform daily packaging duties, including vacuum packing as required.Monitor block forms and extensions to maintain coagulator system supply.Complete required paperwork and quality checks throughout the 12-hour shift.Wash tubs as required by policy.Support our daily production operations on the feta line where you'll handle materials, products, and equipment throughout the process.Perform Master Sanitation/CIP duties as required.Set up the packaging lines for the next day.Follow safety, quality, and food production guidelines, along with assisting with cleaning and sanitation to maintain a safe, organized workspace.Complete tasks safely while maintaining a safe working environment.Other Duties And ResponsibilitiesUnderstand and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices.Always adhere to our Safety Protocols, from stopping any observed unsafe acts and obey facility safety rules and procedures; correcting and/or reporting any observed safety hazards; supporting safety policies and programs.This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.Additional Job DescriptionProfile soughtHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferred.No experience required; in-house training will be provided.Communicate well both verbally and in writing with managers and colleagues.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively at all levels in a collaborative team environment.Skills RequiredAbility to read, understand, and adhere to documents and procedures (GLP, SOP, SDS, GMP, test procedures, and HACCP).Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in work.Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division), along with basic computer operational skills; you'll also need the ability to input and retrieve computerized information.Ability to follow written, verbal and diagrammatic instructions; complete simple checklists and complete required documentation.Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills.Decisions administered soundly and consistently with policies and in compliance with appropriate laws and regulations.
