Operations Specialist As an Operations Specialist, you'll tackle complex operational challenges and drive strategic initiatives. Strategic Collaborator: Drive cross-functional projects with Client Strategy, Media Planning, Finance, Client Integration, and Client Development teams, ensuring operational efficiency and excellence. Process Executor: Know and deliver support on key client contractual processes Advanced Reporting: Develop and prepare complex reporting assets to support campaign execution and track performance, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Client Operations Advocate: Cultivate strategic client partnerships, advocating for their needs and delivering tailored solutions. Documentation Expert: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and resources that improve overall task efficiency and elevate team capabilities. What we look for: Bachelor's Degree with 2-3 years of experience in operations or a related field, particularly in client interaction and service delivery. Proven track record in managing complex projects and driving strategic initiatives. Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems (Salesforce, JIRA). Aptitude for learning technical concepts, such as basic HTML knowledge Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions. Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a dynamic environment.
