A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician - Prior Authorization (Work from Home-Hawaii). Key Responsibilities Process and communicate Specialty and Non-Specialty medication prior authorization referrals Collaborate with Customer Service, Benefits Verification, and Pharmacy Operations for referral status and determinations Maintain accurate documentation and provide assistance via telephone for prescriber office staff, pharmacies, and members Required Qualifications Must be a Hawaii resident 1+ years' experience in customer service or call center environment Must be able to work from home; this is a 100% remote position Have wired high-speed internet High School Diploma or equivalent GED
