Mental Health Therapist
Job description
Mental Health Therapist participates in Intake Evaluation, Individual, Family, Collateral, and Group Therapy sessions
Attends Case Conferences and Supervision sessions
Documents sessions using the Electronic Health Record
Maintains and updates client demographic information in client chart
Evaluates client’s progress regularly
Creates/updates Treatment Plans in collaboration with client & client’s family
Maintains and keeps current all required consent forms.
Amount of Travel/Special conditions: Frequent travel in the community to conduct client outreach. Transportation of clients in company vehicle as required.
Master’s Degree in Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology or in a related field required.
Must enjoy working with children and adolescents and designated families
Must demonstrate a genuine fondness and respect for children, adolescents, adults and families
Must be able to effectively communicate with other team members.
