What You’ll Do We’re hiring Sales Managers who are passionate about leadership, customer experience, and driving results. You’ll lead the sales floor, coach and develop your team, track performance metrics, and partner closely with the General Manager to support overall store success. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage day-to-day sales operations Actively participate in the sales process (non-hands-on vehicle work) Track and analyze sales KPIs, productivity, and sales mix Coach and develop Customer Service Advisors (CSAs) and assigned AGMs Reinforce sales standards and customer service expectations daily Monitor customer experience surveys and Google Star ratings Address customer feedback and partner with the GM on improvements Ensure strong curb appeal, customer flow, and service standards Support inventory control, labor management, and shrink reduction Utilize systems and technology to track sales and performance data Ready to Drive Results Together? Requirements: Job Knowledge, Skills and Experience: Skills High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong sales leadership and coaching ability. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to analyze sales data, KPIs, and customer feedback. Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales-focused team. Four years of automotive or retail experience preferred. Ability to speak, read, and write English. Valid Driver’s License required. Ability to effectively use computers, tablets, and point-of-sale systems. 100% completion of required computer based training (CBT) and certified for all positions required. Successful completion of management training modules for store manager level required.
