Title: Automotive Automation & Vision Systems EngineerLocation: NVJob Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Integration Engineer with strong expertise in vision system integration and pixel calibration, along with exposure to program management. This role will primarily focus on automotive integration (80%) and program management (20%), supporting high-speed manufacturing environments.ResponsibilitiesIntegrate and optimize vision systems for high-volume Pick & Place machines used in PCB assembly.Perform pixel calibration and ensure high accuracy in component placement.Work on high-speed automation equipment, ensuring precision and reliability.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machine vision, alignment, and calibration.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, electrical, software) for seamless system integration.Ensure systems meet automotive quality and performance standards.Support project planning, execution, and delivery timelines.Coordinate with stakeholders to track progress and manage risks.Maintain documentation, reports, and status updates.Drive continuous improvement initiatives within projects.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.5+ years of experience in automotive domain and system integration.Strong hands-on experience with vision systems and pixel calibration.Experience working with high-speed Pick & Place machines or similar automation systems.Proven ability to calibrate and optimize systems with minimal ramp-up time.Basic experience in program/project management.Experience in PCB manufacturing or electronics assembly.Knowledge of machine vision tools and software.Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management
