In this role, the Production Supervisor will oversee daily production activities, manage production schedules, ensure the timely delivery of projects, and coordinate with teams across departments to maintain efficiency. This position requires hands-on leadership to meet production goals while ensuring quality standards and fostering a safe workplace environment.QualificationsStrong Supervisory Skills to lead and motivate production teams effectivelyExperience in Production Schedules and Production Planning to ensure on-time project deliveryProficiency in Production Management to oversee operations and enhance efficiencyExcellent Communication skills to facilitate coordination across team members and departmentsAbility to proactively identify and resolve operational challengesFamiliarity with health and safety standards and regulationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is advantageousPrevious experience in military or high-tech manufacturing environments is a plus
