Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role, with about 50% in-office and 50% remote. The Accounting Manager at The Wilson PCsupports the firm's financial operations, including financial reporting, billing, collections, budgeting, and compliance, ensuring all financial activities align with firm goals and regulatory requirements. The compensation range for this role is 75k-90k.
Duties/Responsibilities Manage day to day accounting operations
Oversee escrow accounts
Prepare financial statements and management reports
Monitor cash flow, budgets, and forecasts
Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and law firm specific accounting standards
Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and banking partners
Assist with annual budget preparation and strategic financial planning
Requirements/Qualifications 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably within a law firm or legal environment
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with various departments and manage multiple priorities
Comfortable and effective working in a remote stationary environment& office setting
