Security Guard

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Security Guard to join our team. 12pm-8pm Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm Saturday and Sunday. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for patrolling the premises and ensuring the safety of residents and their property. Your role will involve responding to emergencies, enforcing property rules, and providing excellent customer service to residents and visitors. Key Responsibilities: Patrol the property on foot or by vehicle to ensure a secure environment Enforce property rules and regulations to maintain order and safety. Provide assistance and excellent customer service to residents and guests. Report any suspicious activities, incidents, or safety hazards to management promptly. Maintain accurate logs and records of daily activities and incidents. Qualifications: Security Guard License Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively. Excellent observational and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. High school diploma or equivalent.
