The CPCO will be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, shaping the organization's direction from a people and culture perspective. This role is pivotal in championing inclusion, equity, and belonging, and will involve partnering with Country Directors to support office growth, leadership development, and organizational maturity. The successful candidate will lead change management initiatives, refresh global policies and systems, and strengthen safeguarding, security, and staff well-being. Major responsibilities include developing and implementing a global people and culture strategy, building equitable systems for talent management, and fostering a values-driven culture rooted in equity, accountability, and shared purpose. Applicants for the CPCO position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' of progressive experience in people and culture, HR, or organizational development, with a strong background in international, multicultural, or global health/development organizations. The role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in supporting country or regional offices, leading global policy harmonization, and enterprise-wide change management. The ideal candidate will be a global and inclusive leader, a strategic change leader, and a mentor and coach with a focus on building a high-trust, purpose-driven organizational culture. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for an advanced degree in a related field, and the ability to travel internationally is essential.
