In this role, you will support product quality and manufacturing performance through material testing, data analysis, inspections, and reporting activities. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to ensure products meet customer and company quality standards.Your TasksPerform testing on raw compounds, fabrics, and finished products in accordance with established procedures and test methodsConduct production adhesion testing, incoming material inspections, and R&D/project-related testingEvaluate and process QC Holds and support material release activitiesCommunicate test results and notify management of potential quality concerns or nonconforming materialsEnsure testing and reporting activities are completed accurately and in a timely mannerSupport compliance with customer specifications, quality standards, and internal proceduresMaintain accurate quality documentation and reporting recordsAssist with investigations and resolution of quality-related issuesParticipate in process improvement initiatives and support continuous improvement activitiesEnsure all work is completed in compliance with ISO 9001, safety, company policies and procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area in line with 5S and safety expectationsTHE ENVIRONMENTSafety is our highest priority and safety procedures / guidelines must always be adhered to.Fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment.Work involves standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working around machineryThe job is within a non-climate-controlled environment where you will be exposed to temperature swings (hot/cold), forklift and pedestrian traffic, and noise.Collaborative culture focused on safety, quality, and reliability.QualificationsWHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLEHigh school diploma or GED requiredMinimum of 2 years experience in a manufacturing Quality LabStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsEffective communication and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to analyze data and identify potential quality concernsAbility to work independently and as part of a cross-functional teamIntermediate to advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and OutlookAdditional Ways To Stand OutExperience with SAP Experience with ISO 9001 quality systemsLean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experiencePositive attitude and a team player Additional InformationTHE PERKS:Immediate BenefitsPaid Time OffTuition AssistanceEmployee DiscountsCompetitive Bonus ProgramsEmployees 401k MatchEmployee Assistance Program Future Growth Opportunities, including personal and professional.And many more benefits that come with working for a global industry leader!Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
