Municipal Partnerships Manager

Work with our Go to Market team to grow our business among municipalities across the United States, including cities, counties, and states. You'll be responsible for generating demand and building pipeline, including through direct outreach, field events, and marketing support, as well owning deals and working them through close. You'll sell across all use cases, with a particular focus on coordinated early childhood programs and our community hub (one stop shop) solution.Although similar to a sales / Account Executive role, since we're a startup, we need someone who will be extraordinarily proactive and do whatever it takes to grow the business.For this role, we aren't looking for traditional sales people - we want practitioners who have lived the experiences of our clients and empathize with their work and challenges. The best candidates for this role are former city, county, and state leaders who managed a centralized or coordinated education program, as well as mayors and county executives. Candidates with experience fundraising, other sales-adjacent functions, or for-profit business experience is helpful, but we are open to eager candidates with a competitive drive who want to learn the ropes. Candidates must live within 1 hour of our hubs in San Francisco or Boston.(If you have experience with charters or districts, we have separate roles available for those sectors.
