Medicare Program Coordinator

Position OverviewAt Craniometrix, the Medicare Program Coordinator will support non-clinical coordination for patients, families, caregivers, providers, and program teams. The successful candidate will work full-time and remotely from within the United States.Company focus: Dementia-care navigation and Medicare GUIDE support for patients, families, caregivers, and providers, with care plans, coaching, coordination, and documentation support. The role connects with patient, caregiver, provider, eligibility, scheduling, referral, and program records. It supports privacy-conscious GUIDE program operations by reducing avoidable ambiguity and making every material handoff understandable to the next owner. This is a non-clinical position. Diagnosis, treatment, licensed judgment, and clinical decisions remain with authorized professionals, and patient or caregiver information must be handled within approved privacy and access rules.Work You'll OwnReceive assigned requests and verify the administrative information needed for scheduling, referral, benefit, resource, or program follow-up.Maintain accurate patient, caregiver, provider, service, consent-status, and communication records within approved access limits.Explain administrative next steps in plain language without offering diagnosis, treatment, or independent clinical advice.Track outstanding documents, calls, referrals, appointments, and handoffs and route clinical questions to qualified professionals.Document each action and escalation so the authorized care or service team can continue from a complete record.What Strong Performance MeansIn this Medicare Program Coordinator role, success means people receive clear administrative guidance, records remain accurate and private, outstanding follow-up stays visible, and clinical decisions remain with qualified providers. Associate level. 100% remote within the United States. Base compensation: $45,000-$68,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. The role uses approved digital systems, email, phone, shared documents, and remote collaboration tools; reliable internet access and secure handling of company or customer information are required.
