Role Description We’re seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Assistant Manager to join our team in Washington DC-Baltimore Area. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will assist in overseeing daily store operations, driving sales performance, coaching team members, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You’ll work closely with the management team to ensure smooth execution of merchandising strategies, inventory management, and operational processes, ensuring a positive and productive work environment. The role also includes mentoring employees in achieving both individual and team goals while upholding company values. Qualifications Proven leadership, team-building, and coaching skillsExperience in retail operations, staff oversight, and inventory managementStrong customer engagement, interpersonal, and relationship-building skillsAbility to analyze sales data, implement strategies, and drive store performanceEffective time management and organizational skillsAdaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environmentPrior experience in a supervisory role is strongly preferredBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, retail management, or related field
