We are open to discussing salary expectations with qualified candidates considering factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience and geographic location will all be considered during the hiring process.Senior Stakeholder Business PartnerPay Range: $87,950.00 - $112,190.00Join Our Team as a Stakeholder Business Partner!The Stakeholder Relations TeamAs the primary liaison between SPP and external stakeholders, the Stakeholder Relations Team is dedicated to fostering and nurturing mutually beneficial relationships that support SPP's essential functions. This department excels in facilitation, coordination, organization, issue resolution, and planning, while also proactively managing customer relationships. We achieve this through targeted communication and collaboration with our customers, market participants, and stakeholders.Your Role:As the Senior Stakeholder Business Partner, you will play a vital role in supporting designated accounts and engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders within the electric utility industry. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the main point of contact for Integrated Marketplace and Market Participants (MPs), Transmission Customers, Transmission Owners, Meter Agents, and other SPP stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Build and Foster Strong RelationshipsPrimary Contact: Act as the principal liaison for your assigned accounts, ensuring clear and effective communication.Relationship Development: Establish and nurture connections with key individuals, from operational staff to executive leadership, to enhance collaboration and understanding of their needs.Assess Business Needs & Develop SolutionsIndependent Assessment: Proactively evaluate the specific business needs of stakeholders within your portfolio.Strategic Planning: Create comprehensive action plans tailored to address stakeholder needs, utilizing insights gained through your relationships.Collaborate Across TeamsEnterprise-Wide Initiatives: Actively participate in cross-departmental projects that impact stakeholders, contributing your expertise and insights to enhance outcomes.Subject Matter Expert (SME): Serve as the go-to resource for Stakeholder Relations, sharing knowledge and best practices to elevate departmental performance.Project ManagementProject Oversight: Manage and administer key department projects aimed at improving effectiveness, efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Leverage a broad understanding of the organization's functional areas to work collaboratively with various departments and facilitate effective solutions.Don't miss this exciting opportunity to shape the future of stakeholder engagement! If you're passionate about building relationships and driving meaningful change, we want to hear from you.To be successful as our Senior Account Manager, we're looking for:Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business-related field; or two (2) years of job related work experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirementSix (6), plus years of job-related experienceStrong written and oral communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills, specifically demonstrated in a customer service roleStrong computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office products and database applicationsStrong problem-solving abilitiesPreferred:Electric utility experienceExperience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) toolWork Environment:This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.Physical Demands:The physical and mental demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to make decisions, interpret data, and problem solve.The employee frequently is required to stand or sit for extended periods; use hands to operate a computer keyboard and standard office equipment.The employee must occasionally lift and move up to 10 pounds.Requires the ability to work and collaborate with managers and employees at all levels to exchange ideas, information, and opinions to facilitate the task.Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.Position Type, Location, and Expected Hours of Work:This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Little Rock, Arkansas.
